CUT and PASTE

byTed Peterson
.
Everyone has from time to time wanted to use part on an article, program, file, etc. in another program, etc. They did not want to have to retype it. Cut and paste is a simple way to do this.
Cut and paste will work in a lot of different ways. When you are setting up a Power Point show you can use it to import Notepad text into the show and then adding a jpg picture. That is what makes up a Power Point show. When you want to add a picture or part of a text article into a Wordletter or article. When you want to add a part of an e-mail into another e-mail, and you want to combine two different articles, etc. together. When you are combining parts of two web sites.
As you can see you can use this many different ways when you are at your computer. Lets try a few things and see how it works.
Say you have an article and after a time you need to enclose a part of another article into that article that you were working on, save that article and bring up the other article. Use your mouse key and accent the part that you want to add to the other article. After accenting that part, right click you mouse key and click on "cut".
At that point bring up the new article or letter you want to insert the other part into , drop you mouse key there and click the right mouse key on "paste".
At that point both items will be together and then you can continue the article or letter.
Asyou can see it is very simple. Anyone can do it.
Good Luck. If you would like to contact the writer please use the e-mail below.
